What To expect in your free ems session?

When you arrive at the studio, our trainers will give you all the equipemnt you need for your session. You don’t need to bring anything at all with you, we’ve got it all taken care of.

Your trainer will explain to you how EMS works, find out a little more about your fitness goals and then do some quick checks to make sure you’re ready to feel the power of EMS.

Next, they will help you get set up with the equipment, which compromises of an EMS electrode vest with additional electrodes targeting your arms, legs and glutes. They’ll then guide you through your first workout, combining general training principles and functions of the EMS device to give you a full-body exercise in just 20 minutes.

On arrival at the studio, you will be provided with everything you need for your session. There’s no need to bring anything with you: no towel, no water, no trainers and no gym kit. Yes, you heard us, no gym kit!

In short: no! The surge workout is tailored around your current fitness levels. The devices are extremely sensitive and the intensity levels can easily be adjusted to make sure you get a good and enjoyable workout.

Almost everyone can do the Surge workout, however, there are a few exceptions for safety reasons. These include pregnant women, individuals with pacemakers and other heart conditions, and those under the age of 16.

In general, you will notice results after about 6 sessions. The most important factor in reaching your goals is to ensure that you train regularly – we recommend one session per week to achieve maximum results.

There’s no need to bring anything with you to a workout session. Everything is provided, including your training kit, a towel, bottled water, and shower facilities to freshen up after your session!
